Charitable Efforts
Statesman Coffee is proud to support schools, nonprofit organizations, and community events in Abilene and the surrounding area. We receive many donation requests throughout the year and do our best to support our local community whenever we can.
Donations may include free drink cards, donation baskets, or brewed coffee for events, depending on the type of request and our available resources. Free drink cards and donation baskets are commonly provided for fundraisers, raffles, auctions, school events, and similar activities.
Please submit the donation request form below at least 30 days before your event or the date the donation is needed. Providing complete and accurate information helps us review your request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. Requests are considered based on the organization or event, community impact, available resources, and the number of donations we have already committed to provide.
All donation requests must be submitted through the form below. Our shop employees are not able to approve or arrange donations. Please submit only one request per event. If we are able to fulfill your request or need additional information, we will contact you by email.

Sponsorship Requests
Statesman Coffee does not provide monetary sponsorships to individuals or organizations. Instead, we focus our community support on in-kind donations, such as free drink cards, donation baskets, coffee, and other products, to local schools, nonprofit organizations, and community events. Please use the donation request form below to submit a request for consideration.
Additional Information
Statesman Coffee is unable to display flyers, business cards, or other promotional materials at our shops, and we do not offer community bulletin boards.
We are also unable to accommodate organizations wishing to set up booths, tables, or other displays on Statesman Coffee property to promote or solicit support for an organization, event, or cause.
S. 14th Location: Statesman Coffee does not own or manage the shopping center parking lot surrounding our S. 14th location and therefore cannot authorize its use for events, car washes, food trucks, or other activities.
