Ethiopia is often referred to as the birthplace of coffee. This single origin hails from the Guji region and comes from smallholder producers. Many smallholder producers own less than ½ hectare of land and deliver their cherries to washing stations where they receive payment by weight at market price. We have roasted this coffee to a lighter, more modern level, which helps highlight flavor characteristics of berry, vanilla, and floral.
