Perhaps best described as the mecca of coffee, Ethiopia is renowned for their coffee offerings. Many coffees from Ethiopia are roasted towards the more modern lighter side to bring forward their unique flavor notes. We have roasted this selection to a medium/dark level, highlighting characteristics of cocoa and toffee, and allowing for a slightly floral finish in a more traditionally bold cup.
