Perhaps best described as the mecca of coffee, this single origin hails from the Guji region. This selection comes from the Dambi Uddo washing station where 450 smallholder producers deliver their coffee cherries. Many coffees from Ethiopia are roasted towards the more modern lighter side to bring forward their unique flavor notes. We have roasted this selection to a medium/dark level, highlighting characteristics of cocoa and toffee, and allowing for a slightly floral finish in a more traditionally bold cup.
